Administrative Assistant / Customer Service (m/f/x) full or part time
You will support the Business Development department and assist with all administrative tasks. A structured way of working, the ability to be part of a team and a focus on solutions are crucial. We live our credo "Time Matters."
What awaits you
- You will support the Business Development Team and optimize the operational workflows.
- You will create offers, delivery notes and invoices, take care of shipping and maintain the CRM system.
- Liaise and resolve open queries concerning product handling with our colleagues in Fulda and South Africa.
- You will be tasked to take over some responsibility for the care and maintenance of customer relationships and support our sales management in this respect
- A wide range of administrative tasks await you
What you can offer
- A completed administrative apprenticeship
- You are thorough, structured and enjoy working in a team
- You experience technology and computers as an enrichment and want to understand interrelationships
- Strong communication skills, openness, and fun in dealing with people
- 2-3 years of experience in the commercial field would be an advantage.

- Very good German and English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or WeClapp) would be an advantage
